However, on rare occasions, Students may wantto regress their commitment, due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases Pinakin.Education may offer refund facilities, as per its sole discretion, and in accordance with this refund policy (“Policy”).

1.4 By using this Website, the Student agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy. If the Student does not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, the Student is advised not to transact on this Website.
2. DEFINITIONS

2.3 “Student” shall mean the student who avails the Live Classes for consideration.
2.4 “Date of Transaction” shall mean the date of payment for the Live Classes.
2.5 “Policy” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in clause 1.2.
2.6 “Refund” shall mean the return of the fee paid by the Student for Live Classes.

3. REFUNDS RULES
3.1 A Student shall not be entitled to make a claim for a Refund on any of the services purchased on Pinakin.Education website
3.2 The refunded amount would be credited to the customers bank account within 3 to 4 days .
4. PRODUCTS CONTAINING THE STUDENT’S DATA
4.1 In certain cases, a Student’s personal data may be stored in Pinakin.Education`s platform. Leverage Edu shall deal with such data strictly as per the Applicable Law.
